Indeed, INCLUSIVISM is a more modern form of CAPITALISM...one which takes into consideration the dual socio-economic impact of 'globalization' and 'automation'....which by its nature is intended to eliminate 'work'......and thus over the past 200 years has made all work 'political' and made our workplaces breeding grounds for discrimination and the suffocation of the individual and creativity.
